I'm Alice Jeary, and I help leaders and changemakers build self-awareness, confidence, and clarity so they can lead with authenticity and purpose. I create a calm, supportive space for honest reflection, helping people reconnect with what matters and take meaningful steps forward in their leadership, work, and life.
Alongside one-to-one and group coaching, I offer consulting, facilitation, team development, and programme design to help organisations create environments where people and purpose thrive. I work collaboratively to develop practical, people-centred solutions whether that means strengthening team culture, designing impactful learning experiences, or embedding values-led leadership across a team.

My coaching style
My coaching style is warm, supportive, and gently challenging. I create a safe, reflective space where people feel truly heard and able to explore what matters most. Clients often say they leave sessions with greater clarity and confidence, empowered to take meaningful steps in their work and life. I bring a calm, thoughtful presence and use open, insightful questioning to help people shift perspectives and uncover new insights.
Flexible and responsive, my approach adapts to each person’s needs whether deepening self-awareness, solving practical challenges, or navigating change. I’m especially passionate about helping people reconnect with their values and lead authentically. Through our work, clients often build self-belief and make decisions aligned with the life and leadership they want to create. At the heart of my coaching is a commitment to connection, authenticity, and sustainable, positive change.
About me
I’ve always been passionate about people, learning, and good leadership and built my career in education and the charity sector. Early on, I moved quickly into leadership roles, often before I felt ready. I cared deeply, but like many, I sometimes experienced imposter syndrome and didn’t always recognise my own strengths.
Fortunately, I was supported by brilliant managers, mentors, and coaches who challenged and encouraged me. Their belief helped me grow into a confident, values-led leader, committed to helping others thrive as I continued my own development.
Covid marked a turning point. Slowing down gave me space to reflect and reset. I realised that while work was important, it needed to be in balance with the rest of life. When the time was right, I let go of a way of working that no longer felt like the right fit and made space for work that fully aligns with my values and identity.
My work is guided by core values of authenticity, growth, kindness, and connection and focused on supporting leaders, teams and organisations to create meaningful, lasting change.

Following a rapid learning and diagnostic phase, I can work with you to design a tailored approach that combines several of the methods outlined above. I become embedded within a team, department or organisation for the duration of a project or period of change, working collaboratively with different stakeholders to provide support and achieve the greatest possible impact

I’m not here to deliver quick fixes or tell you how to lead. I’m here as a supportive partner and guide as someone who understands the rewards and challenges of leading in the third sector and values-led spaces. With many years of experience in education and the charity sector, I know how important it is to lead from a place of authenticity and compassion. And I also know how hard it can be to make space for your own growth while holding so much for others.

£120 for 90 minutes pay as you go
£90 for 60 mins pay as you go
£80 / hour for block bookings of 5 sessions and sessions thereafter
Team or group coaching: Price dependent on needs and structure
Consultancy: From £425 a day for Small Charities and Social Enterprises and longer-term engagement
From £450 a day for large charities and other organisations
